Funny thing and slightly back on topic.
Was speaking to the glorious Marsh (owner of Southsea Models) and apparently the new Magic (Coldsnap I believe) really hasn't been selling very well. Apparently its really not coming over very well. I got a booster pack to have a look, and to be honest I'm not terribly thrilled with most of the new stuff, especially this new "Snow" thing. Any land can have a "Snow" trait, and some things can only be summoned uasing "Snow" lands. Seems fairly pointless to me.

Its not creatures and spells that cost snow land, but special ability costs. Therefore, it is actually a little more usable. I think its because of the introduction of Snow thats confused people, and therefore they decided not to buy it. Shame really, since I quite like the mechanic of snow.

Oh alas, poor Yorick. His thoughts have been severed, just like his head.

He was to tell me the secrets of the universe, the meaning of life, but his tragic soul was cast into the depths of the unknown...

Ah well...

hahaha, snow...brr

erm...I don't mind to cold snap to much, but I'm not going to buy any for two main reasons
1. I have no money
2. I'm waiting to see what the next set has in store Time Spiral
